Founded by Modesto. P. Sanchez, circa 1886. He ran the company until he passed away in 1950. He was followed by his son, Eduardo P.A. Sanchez. until the 1970's, 
when the sales area became an art gallery (Galeria Vignes) for a couple of years, prior to the business closing.
